RN ER PRN/Travel 12 hour shifts in Fresno, California

Task:.
36hrs/week, 3x12hr shifts, have to be flexible with days/times.

Location:.
Central Valley, CA.

Credentials:.

2 (2) years of experience in the past 3 (3) years.
Prefer at the very least 1 year of experience as a RN in an Emergency Space Unit or related clinical center.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS card or Credentials.

Responsibilities:.

Uses the nursing process to examine, strategy, apply and evaluate patient treatment.
Performs concentrated interview to determine specific clients' necessities.
Examine signs and symptoms showing physiologic and psychosocial modifies in the person's health condition.
Collects, evaluates, and translates information and details from healthcare members and documents prospective and/or actual nursing diagnoses.
Files the patient's strategy of treatment utilizing identified nursing medical diagnoses, anticipated patient outcomes, and selected nursing interferences.
Identifies and prioritizes activities based upon patient treatment needs.
Screens uniformity in between patient plan of care and activities of medical team.
Performs interferences according to identified concerns, strategy of treatment, and the healthcare facility policies and patient treatment outcome specification.
Changes the plan of care according to assessment, adjustments in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing treatments.
Documents person's feedback to nursing and several other interferences.
Utilizes professional judgment in evaluation activities to satisfy patient treatment needs of an appointed unit/floor including developing top priorities.
Checks the safety and efficiency of the setting and devices.
Participates in tasks to help with good social communications with the decided on center.
Provide patient education and learning and various other responsibilities as designated.
